Executive Previously Served as Chief Development Officer for the Division
LONDON, Aug. 11 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Antonio Alonso has been named
Chief Executive Officer of CBS Outdoor International, it was announced today
by Leslie Moonves, President and Chief Executive Officer, CBS Corporation
(NYSE: CBS.A and CBS). Alonso previously served as Chief Development Officer
for the Company, responsible for assets and development for all international
markets.
In this new role Alonso will oversee the Company's international portfolio
of outdoor businesses, including the United Kingdom, Ireland, France, Italy,
Netherlands, Spain and mainland China. He played a key role in managing CBS
Outdoor's 2008 acquisition of the International Outdoor Advertising Group, the
leading out-of-home advertising company in South America with more than 17,000
advertising faces in Argentina, Brazil, Chile and Uruguay. The addition made
CBS Outdoor a leader in the fast-growing South American marketplace.

Executive Officer of CBS Outdoor International, will step down effective
immediately.

Alonso, who starts effective immediately, will report directly to Moonves
in this role.
Alonso most recently served as CBS Outdoor International's Chief
Development Officer. In this role he was in charge of all assets and
development activities for international markets. Previously, he was Managing
Director for CBS Outdoor Spain. Before that he served as Managing Director for
Nefitel - Telefonica; Sales & Marketing Director for Information Resources,
Inc (IRI Spain) and Sales Director, Consumer Channels for Motorola Spain. He
got his start in the business as Advertising Manager for at Carrefour.
Alonso earned a law degree from the Universidad de Deusto, Bilbao and an
MBA from the Instituto de Empresa (IE) of Madrid.
